1. General

These terms govern the use of the Kolio service (AI voice call center and CRM). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Account and trial

On registration you get a 7-day free trial. After it, use continues per your chosen subscription and the pricing.

3. Price and payment

The service is billed per the pricing: a monthly or annual plan with included credits (a call is 20 credits on pickup + 30 per minute, a web chat 15 per conversation, email 15 per message). Extra credits can be purchased (1,000 credits for €15 on Starter (up to 2 a month) or €10 on Growth (no limit)); they are valid until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or malicious purposes, or to infringe third-party rights.

5. Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the controller for your customers' data.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
